About the Event
The maritime industry is entering a new era, where human performance, adaptability, communication, leadership, and decision-making are becoming increasingly critical to operational excellence, safety, and resilience. Yet, despite the growing recognition of their importance, soft skills remain among the most difficult competencies to objectively assess and measure within maritime operations.
Against this backdrop, Project PERMISS presents the Posidonia Seminar titled “Project PERMISS or How can soft skills be measured?”, introducing an Intelligent Soft Skills Measurement Instrument designed specifically for the maritime industry.
