The home section of the platform acts as a point of entry and overview of the overall status of the company profile.
Company Profile
The Current Company Profile section displays:
The Company Profile section is used to register and manage the soft skills profile of the company. The user can:
• Records soft skills data
• Updates existing values
• Saves profiles
• Restores entries.
Data can either be entered manually or by using the increase/decrease arrow.
Soft Skills Report
The Soft Skills Report section provides visualization of registered soft skills data.
The presentation is made through gauge-based widgets, which display:
• Score per skill (0-100)
• Percentage performance (%)
• Level characterization
Hard Metrics
The Hard Metrics Impact section presents the correlation of soft skills with critical business indicators.
The platform connects soft skills data with:
• Safety & Accident Reduction
• Financial Performance
• Productivity
• Employee Engagement
Benchmarking
The Benchmarking section allows the company to be compared with anonymized benchmark datasets. It is possible to compare either by company (Company Leaderboard) or by soft skill (Per-Soft-Skill Comparison).
Selecting the Company Leaderboard button allows the user to check:
• The ranking of his company in relation to others
• The overall score (Overall score) of his company
• The average of the scores of comparable companies
• Difference (negative or positive) of his company
• Anonymized data
Accordingly, selecting the Per-Soft-Skill Comparison button has the following extra features:
• Visualization of the score per soft skill
• The average of the respective scores per soft skill of the comparable companies
• Difference (negative or positive) of the company’s soft skills compared to the average of these comparable companies
• Status by soft skill (if it is above or below the average of these comparable companies)
